How does my order qualify for free shipping?

For Australia wide orders, you’ll qualify for FREE SHIPPING if you have over $79.00 in your cart. There will be a $9.99 flat rate shipping cost if your order does not exceed $79.00. 

Is Sexense packaging discreet? 

All parcels we send are 100% discreet. We use boring brown boxes and plain white satchels so nobody knows what's inside. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. You can use the shipping estimate to check the cost by simply entering your country and postcode before getting to the checkout. 

Is it safe to receive orders?

The health and well-being of both our team members and customers is our number one priority. We have taken every measure to create a safe workplace environment, including increased cleaning and hygiene practices, ensuring our staff are kitted out with personal protective gear and working closely with our delivery partners to ensure your parcel gets to you safely.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way, plus you can keep track of your order by logging into your Sexense Account, or via the carrier’s website.

When will we ship your order?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are generally dispatched the same day, and orders placed on the weekends are generally dispatched on Monday. We work fast to process your order as soon as possible.

Where can my order be delivered to?

Aus Post will deliver to:
  • Street address
  • Business Addresses
  • PO BOX
  • Parcel lockers

I haven’t received my tracking number for my order, where is it?

Don’t panic and check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails end up there. You’ll usually receive a tracking number for your order the next business day, this usually happens around 3PM. 

I have a tracking number, how do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/ or the link we mentioned in the emails.

I only received half my order, what do I do?

Kick back and relax, sometimes we have to send your order in two deliveries. Your invoice will usually say “delivery 1 of 2.” If the rest of your order doesn’t come in the next few days, send us an email service@sexense.com.au

Do I have to be home to receive my parcel?

No, you don’t. If you're not home when your order arrives, Australia Post will leave a delivery notice card and return the package to the local post office for collection. If you prefer, we can add an 'authority to leave' to your delivery instructions, so Australia Post will leave the package in a safe place at the premise instead. To do that, just make a note in the Delivery Instructions area during checkout.  

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Your order is dispatched the next business day once we’ve received your order. You should expect your order within 3-5 days. Please note if you live in a regional town it may take up to 10 days for your order to reach you.
During peak seasons we will endeavour to process your order as usual however there might be a slight delay in getting your order out to you.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If for some reason your order has not arrived start off by using the tracking number we emailed you and see if you can find out where it is. If this does not work please email service@sexense.com.au. We will get on it for you.
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and it is returned to us, a Customer Care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will apply for any items that are returned to us. Please be careful when filling out your address and make sure you have written the correct information, including your unit number if you have one.

I got the wrong item or my item is faulty, what do I do?

Firstly our bad, get in touch with us service@sexense.com.au and we’ll sort this out for you. we will get the correct items out to you and organize the item's sent in error returned to us. Keep in mind that items need to be unused and with tags intact when returned or we cannot accept them back. 

Can I use Afterpay in-store?

Yes, you can use Afterpay in all our stores.

Where does my parcel get shipped from?

We are a global company and your parcel will be dispatched from one of our global dispatch centres. Sexense's headquarters and main warehouse is based at Melbourne, Australia. All shipping timeframes are based on this location.

I don’t collect the parcel from Post Office in time, what do I do?

If you are not home for delivery and you don't have an authority to leave, your package will be taken to the closest post office and a delivery notice card will be left in your mail box. You have 10 working days to collect your package, otherwise Australia Post will return the package to us. Please make sure you collect the package in time, otherwise a re-delivery fee will apply to packages we need to send again.
